4-6 pork chops |
2 cans green beans - do not drain |
2 - 3 medium to large white potatoes peeled and cut into chucks or 5 - 8 small red potatoes (Peels on and whole or cut in half.) |
Salt, pepper and lightly flour the pork chops. |
Brown pork chops on both sides in deep frying pan with a lid. |
When pork chops are browned, top with green beans with the juice and potatoes. |
Cover with lid and cool over low heat until potatoes are tender. |
You can't over
cook this dish. In fact, the longer it cooks the more
tender the pork chops. |
